When it arrives

Pieces in stock leave within three working days. Pieces made to order leave the workshop in four to six weeks; we write when yours is ready and agree a day with you.

What it costs

Free on orders over $500. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Write to us within thirty days of delivery and we collect the piece, unused, and refund you in full. Bespoke sizes cannot be returned.

Something damaged?

Send us a photo within seven days with your order number and we repair or replace it.
